As we are both now living on La Noria full time we are ideally placed to take good care of your property whether you want full property management, keyholding or rental services.
Services provided
Key holding
Your house keys will be held in a safe and can be made available to your family/friends as required plus to tradesmen upon request - €15 per month
Full property management
Weekly visits to your house - removal of junk mail, check of irrigation systems, plant watering as required, pruning, weeding and feeding of plants. Turning water/power on and off before and after visits, taking deliveries, arranging tradesmen etc. We will also take care of those niggly little problems so that you don't waste any of your precious holiday having to fix things that come loose etc. We will only charge you for any replacement parts needed. We will contact you immediately if there are any bigger problems and arrange for these to be dealt with. In poor weather eg heavy rain, we will carry out extra visits in case of any damage such as water penetration - all for €35 per month
Rental Management
We will have a page for your house on all our websites (including German and Spanish), deal with the marketing of your property, handle all enquiries/bookings, take payment including initial deposit and security deposit, and deal with all queries and requests your guests might have - all for just 10% commission
Meet and greet
Meet your guests on arrival, show them around the property and assist with any requests/problems they have during their stay - €25 per booking
Cleaning/laundry
Full clean of house including all bed linen/towels, irrespective of number of guests - flat charge of €70 per changeover
Gardening services
Your plants weeded, fed, pruned as necessary and irrigation system adjusted according to the weather as well as checked regularly that it is working correctly - €15 per month
Patio planted to your requirements - €10 per hour labour plus cost of materials
Irrigation system installed - €10 per hour labour plus cost of materials
Airport pickups
Jerez, Gibraltar, Seville and Malaga - please contact for prices as dependent on size of vehicle required
Welcome packs/shopping
Cost of goods (receipt provided) plus €10 service charge
